Sinead Hart has worked at a senior level in Aer Lingus in both the training and development of staff consistent with the strategic vision of the company.

In 2002 she left the corporate world to study Infinite Tai Chi, Chi kung, Chi Yoga, Ling Chi healing art and meditation with internationally renowned teacher Jason Chan and is a fully qualified teacher who also assists in the training of teachers.

In 2004  she successfully completed a six-month residential course in Yogic Studies at the University of Bihar in India.

Sinead is a highly qualified and inspired teacher who has lectured and trained throughout Ireland, Europe, and South East Asia and has a proven track record of achieving results, through people.

She has travelled extensively thoughout India, Thailand, and recently Kenya where she has experienced extreme poverty and seen first hand how microcredit helps the poorest.
